| INGREDIENTS: 
              1 large cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and chopped3 yellow peppers, cored, seeded and chopped1 cup plain yogurt1/2 cup dry white wine1/4 cup onion, sliced1 tbsp cilantro, chopped1 1/2 tbsps lime juiceSalt to taste6 sprigs of cilantro METHOD:Puree the cantaloupe, peppers, yogurt, wine, onion and chopped cilantro. Stir in the lime juice and season with salt. Refrigerate until well chilled. When ready to serve, ladle soup into bowls and top each with a sprig of cilantro.
