| COMMENT:It’s best to use the chocolate in the store - dark or dipping 
              chocolate because it’s already tempered. Even Nestles Tollhouse 
              chips melted will work!
 METHOD:Wash the strawberries and dry them COMPLETELY. (Even the slightest 
              bit of water can cause the chocolate to "seize." If this 
              happens you won’t be able to dip with it but you can add milk 
              or cream and heat it up for a nice chocolate sauce ---it beats throwing 
              it away!)
