INGREDIENTS:
- 6 ounces semisweet baking chocolate
- ¼ cup butter or margarine
- 1½ cups sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 (13-oz. can) evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
METHOD:
Melt chocolate and butter or margarine over low heat. Stir in sugar
and salt. Slowly add evaporated milk. Cook, stirring constantly,
until mixture is slightly thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat
and stir in vanilla. |
