| INGREDIENTS: 
              ½ cup crabmeat2 ripe avocados, peeled and quartered1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced¼ cup finely diced onions1 tbsp chopped cilantro1 tsp minced garlic2 tbsps lime juice1 tsp Louisiana Gold pepper sauce1 tsp salt½ tsp minced jalapeños2 tsps cracked black pepper1 tbsp sour cream METHOD:In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix together until 
              a chunky paste is formed. Serve with lightly salted tortilla chips.
