Spicy Crabmeat Guacamole
PREP TIME: 30 Minutes
SERVES: 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup crabmeat
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and quartered
  • 1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced
  • ¼ cup finely diced onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsps lime juice
  • 1 tsp Louisiana Gold pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp minced jalapeños
  • 2 tsps cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sour cream

METHOD:
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix together until a chunky paste is formed. Serve with lightly salted tortilla chips.
