The fastest-growing area of our manufacturing division is national sales. National sales are made up primarily of casual dining chain customers for whom we develop proprietary soups, sauces and entrées. This specialized area has brought us recognition by TGI Fridays Inc. In testimony of our innovative product development, the company was awarded the Procurement Product Development Award in March 1998. In 2011, we were awarded the TGI Fridays Inc. Food Vendor of the Year as well as their 2012 Purposely Innovation Award.
