Chef John Folse and Michaela invite our Stove Hounds to submit their favorite recipe for a chance to be a guest on Stirrin' It Up.

We want you to share your signature dish; you know, the one that family and friends always request! Whether it's Granny's Gooseberry Christmas Pie or your Luscious Easter Lamb Lollipops or those Fourth of July Fiery Chicken Wings, we want you to show us your best.

Submit your recipe and a photo of you cooking your dish as well as one of the finished product. A winner will be chosen and announced on the show. We will also post your photos on our Facebook page. Winners will join Chef Folse and Michaela on the show to talk about their prized dish.
