FRESH FRUIT PARFAIT

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Yields: 4 Servings

Comment:
This is delicious way to up your child’s nutrient intake. It’s also a great way to spend a little extra time together. Kids love to help create these pretty parfaits!

Ingredients:
2 cups frozen yogurt
2 cups fresh fruit (chopped pineapple, chopped kiwi, sliced strawberries, blueberries or sliced
             oranges
¼ cup low-fat non-dairy whipped topping

Method:
In a parfait glass, layer ¼ cup frozen yogurt and ¼ cup fruit. Repeat layers. Top with 1 tablespoon whipped topping. Serve immediately.
