Ingredients:
16 whole wheat Graham crackers
2 cups sugar free chocolate pudding
1 cup peanut butter
Method:
Place 2 crackers on a serving plate. Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter on one side of each cracker. Spoon ¼ cup pudding over one cracker and top with second cracker. Place sandwich in freezer for at least 1 hour before serving. Repeat to create remaining sandwiches.
