Rienzi-Levert Plantation Historic Rienzi Plantation was donated to the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute by the J.B. Levert Land Company. The Institute is an academic college of Nicholls State University offering both an Associate of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Arts. These degree programs provide an opportunity for students to develop-in-depth knowledge of the culinary field that is strengthened and supported by a foundation of general learning. The Institute prepares students to be culinary professionals of the highest caliber. |
